     Pavo Salon.Spa, an Aveda Lifestyle Salon, was co-founded by business partners Scot Robinson and Shawn McGhee in November 2000. We are located in one of Memphis' most premier shopping centers, Laurelwood Shopping Center.      Continued education is a core value among our staff. Trained by some of the top Aveda Purefessionals, our staff is committed to enhancing their technical skills and staying on top of the latest trends in hair as it relates to fashion. Our staff is often sought out to do hair and makeup for videos, commercials, and print ads, which have been published in national as well as international magazines. 
     Pavo Salon.Spa is a community driven business. We believe that giving back is essential to who we are. We support many local as well as national charities. We have given makeovers to women that are in addiction recovery, volunteered as day care workers for Hope House, and donated haircuts to the families of Target House and Ronald McDonald House. In addition, each year we adopt a family for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Annually we partner with Aveda in raising money for Earth Month, money raised supports The Gulf Coast Restoration Network, a campaign designed to protect and promote healthy waters across the Gulf of Mexico.
